At Theatreleela, we carefully plan our workshops, training programs, and events to ensure a meaningful and focused experience for every participant. Each registration helps us reserve limited seats, instructors’ time, rehearsal space, and resources in advance.
No Refund Policy
All registrations and payments made for Theatreleela’s acting classes, workshops, programs, events, shows, or training sessions are non-refundable.
Once a seat is booked, it is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, non-attendance, or change of mind.
Transfers & Adjustments (At Our Discretion)
While we follow a strict no-refund policy, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
In exceptional cases, TheatreLeela may, at its sole discretion:
-> Allow a one-time transfer of your registration to a future batch or session, or
-> Offer an alternative adjustment, subject to availability and internal policies
Such considerations are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Missed Sessions
If a participant misses a session or an event, TheatreLeela is not obligated to provide a refund, makeup session, or credit. However, we may share learning resources or updates where feasible.
Program Changes
TheatreLeela reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance and appropriate alternatives will be communicated.

By registering for any TheatreLeela program or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
